A few weeks ago while shopping with my sister I stumbled across this new perfume at Rue 21 called Runway 21. This was just to damn cute to resist. I mean C'mon the skull even has a little bow on its head, how freakin cute is that! I paid $9.99 for a 1.7 oz bottle, pretty cheap right. To me it has a mostly floral scent with a light musk smell to it. I believe it to be well worth the 10 bucks I paid for it. This is exclusively sold at Rue 21 stores, and is not tested on animals which makes it even better in my opinion. So if your looking for a new perfume on a budget I'd definately give this a try.
